We swap Tours & Concerts. First contact us with a link where we can listen to your music + some precisions about what you can swap (tour, festival, concert), where it is and possibly when. Your band MUST have a following, a good fan base to make the swap worth it. If your offer sounds interesting, we will get back to you and discuss the possibilities. We're mainly interested in tour swap or/and gigs based in Europe. Rock bands only. We will let you know which one of our bands is keen to swap with you. We want to expose your fans to our band's music in exchange for the same. Each band will be in charge of the promotion with the support of YES Booking. If your band uses to play in front of 20 people, don't bother. Each swap is quite unique and it's difficult to summarize all the terms here. We just ask you to be reasonable. Don't offer a swap if what you're offering is playing in an awful place with terrible conditions and poor equipment. We will treat your band well therefore we request the same treatment for our bands! Beside, for the first swap, we will always ask your opportunity to be first on the calendar. For example, if you offer us a date in London in exchange of a date in Paris then the date in Paris must come first. If you're suggesting us a tour swap, our band will be supporting you on your own tour. You cannot swap a tour with us if you're not playing that same tour. How a tour swap works? Band X contact YES to swap a tour (let's say) in the UK for a tour in JAPAN. We send our Band Y to play this tour in the UK with Band X. Later Band X gets to Japan to start their tour with one of our bands*. *We want you to enjoy this tour and we always make sure that appropriate measures have been taken to make that experience enjoyable enough for you, Artists. Therefore we always prioritize tour promotion and definitely match Artists to the location where the tour takes place. We don't want you to play in an empty room and that's why you will be playing with one or more band (s) with a sure following where you're actually playing. What about contract and performance fee? We will take care of the contracts. You will be signing a first regular tour contract with our band. In this contract, you will be considered as the tour booker or Host. This contract will include the dates, the places, the venues and earnings per show (if any). Then you will be signing a second contract for your band this time. YES will be the booker. This contract will again include all details of your tour including dates, places, venues, earnings... Performance fees really depend on where you're touring, whether your band has a following or not and many other factors. All terms are negotiable. Contact us. Do you pay my band's Airfare? Do I have to pay your band's airfare? We match all terms of your offer, it's as simple as that. Let's say you're willing to pay our band $2000 for their airfare. We guarantee that YES will also pay $2000 for your airfare when you're touring with us. There's no obligation at all. If you can't pay airfare and you're still have a great tour to offer, contact us. I can't arrange a tour by myself but I know someone who can (booker, manager...). Can we swap tours? Most likely as long as we deal directly with him. Let's get in touch with that someone you know.
